Vera Katsov: Following in her brother's skates

Vera Katsov, 19, started practicing short track skating at the age of 9, making it "run in the family". She has been representing the IISF for the past 6 years, taking part in the Alta Valtellina Cup and Junior World Championships. Motivation is her best anti-dote for killing the laziness that sometimes takes over any athlete, while music keeps her composed before major events. Naturally, music is her hobby.
