Sofia Bardakov
Sofia has been representing Israel in junior ladies since the 2007-08 season. Originally from Yekaterinburg, Russia, she switched coaches in the 2008-9 season and is now training in Moscow, Russia, under multiple European medalist Vladimir Kotin and Elena Chaikovskaia, coach of 1980 Olympic ice dance champions Natalia Linichuk and Gennnady Karponosov and 1999 World champion Maria Butyrskaya. Sofia previously trained in Yekaterinburg under Julia Bystrova and finished school one year earlier to be able to move to Moscow and continue her training there.
